Ingredients:
1 c fresh strawberries
1/4 c pea tendrils
2 tbsp ricotta cheese
1 tbsp high quality extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
Fresh cracked pepper
Wash and cut strawberries.
Plate pea tendrils, lay strawberries and ricotta cheese over the top.
Drizzle olive oil, lemon zest and fresh cracked pepper.
