Cocoa Coconut Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 c Medjool dates

  • 1 c unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 c high-quality cocoa powder

  • 1/4 c sprouted almonds

  • 2 tbsp Manuka honey

  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until well combined.

  2. Use your hand to roll into balls.

  3. Place extra shredded coconut into a heated pan. Mix around while heat is on until the coconut browns up and becomes toasted.

  4. Allow to cool, once cooled, roll the balls into the toasted shredded coconut.

  5. Keep in refrigerator- will harden. To keep soft, leave out at room temperature.
