CREAMY CASHEW LEMON BASIL DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 c unsalted roasted cashews

  • 1/2 c water

  • 1/4 c fresh basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  2. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
