INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c unsalted cashews

  • 1 c unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp yellow curry powder

  • 1 tsp red curry paste

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.

This sauce is used in the VEGGIE & FARRO BOWL WITH CASHEW COCONUT CURRY DIP.
