INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 key lime
  • 1 tsp jalapeño
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Tomatillo 
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 tsp paprika 
  1. Cut avocados in half. Dice avocado in the peel; scoop flesh out of peel into a bowl.
  2. Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice onto the avocado.
  3. Wash and chop jalapeño and cilantro into tiny pieces; place into bowl.
  4. Add tomatillo and salt. 
  5. Mix together until avocado blends into a creamy smooth texture. 
  6. Garnish with cilantro and sprinkled paprika.
